如果要退或者改，不能直接和hotel联系，要和club carlson联系。

他们要 complimentary points for inconvenience 作为补偿。
我几个月前用点数订的一个 Four Points 换东家，被SGP cancel了，点数还了还主动
赔了4千点，相当于一晚的点数。
