AMEX卡经常会有很多UN-AUTHORIZED CHARGE在PENDING CHARGE里，这里面的你看到不用
理睬，以最后POST的为准。其中有的就是同一个交易CHARGE两次的。
PENDING CHARGE 最多保持14天。

3. If you believe your physical credit card or credit card number has
been stolen, please contact your credit card company to cancel the card. If

副卡又不用查SSN, 随便加。
