be mailed in 5-10 days..

and i called another number, he asked me about my job(RA), my salary and my
yearly cost, and i told him i have changed DD to chase checking. After a few
minutes, I was told (missing part) turned on and will be mailed in 5-10
days.
Poor English and bad signal
