，也想着不值得那么动静折回去叫mall cop之类的要police report。请问大家有类似
的情况claim过loss/stolen item么？
我看FAQ说Platinum Card® and Delta Reserve® Cardmembers have access
to lost item coverage in addition to theft and accidental damage coverage. |

发帖数: 498 | 3 不报警的话基本上就算你lost。除了platinum和金卡之外，别的卡都是不保lost的。如
果你要了警察report，跟amex claim的时候寄过去，应该可以refund。 |

你搜搜你们当地的警察局试试看。

发帖数: 5393 | 7 这次可能是数额太小了，file完amex的claim几个小时就credit了。不过今天有空还是
打电话给mall和store询问一下，其实不排除是在stroller上掉了或者别人拿错之类的
情况（lost item除了白金那几个卡其他一般amex比如spg不保的）

这是mall所在的城市的警察局网站，就是这样file report么？

发帖数: 5393 | 11 ？我用的是american express的SPG卡。其实这个卡只保Stolen and Damaged item，不
保Lost item。
还有商家customer service打来电话说给store联系了，那包衣服找到了（很可能是家
人粗心大意落在店里了），已经拿回来了。
