Bonus/Account Information: To receive the bonus: 1) open a Chase Savings&#
8480; account; AND 2) deposit $10,000 or more in new money within 10
business days of account opening. The new money cannot be money held by
Chase or its affiliates. After we receive your minimum $10,000 deposit, we'
ll deposit the bonus into your new account within 10 business days. For a
Chase Savings℠ account, the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) for all
balances is effective as of 09/30/13 and may change at Chase's discretion.
The APY is 0.01% for all balances in all states. Interest rates are variable
and subject to change. Additionally, fees may reduce earnings on the
account. The bonus cannot be used as part of the opening deposit. You can
only receive one new savings account-related bonus per calendar year. The
offer is not available on account conversions, or in combination with any
other offer. The bonus is considered interest and will be reported on IRS

Account Closing: If your savings account is closed within six months, we
will deduct the bonus amount at closing.

provider. Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including
service outages affecting your phone, wireless or Internet provider;
technology failures; and system capacity limitations.
Overdraft Protection: Sign up with a banker. If you have sufficient funds
available under Chase Overdraft Protection, funds will automatically be
transferred from your Chase savings account to cover your overdraft
transactions on your linked Chase checking account. A $10 Overdraft
Protection Transfer Fee applies.
Banker Instructions:
1. Eligibility: Personal savings accounts. Coupon good one time and
may not be transferred to others.
2. Account Opening: Enter coupon code. Customer has 10 business
days from account opening to deposit at least $10,000 in new money. 10
business days after this deposit, the bonus will be added into the account.
3. E-Coupon Receipt: Print and give to the customer.
