会不会不过啊
如果这样，我能还填老地址深请吗？我已经邮局那边改过地址了

in order to change the address at the credit bureaus you have to change all
your current credit card and bank account address to the new one and wait a
few weeks.
The post office address change does not come in to play, AT ALL.
if you need to apply now use the old address.

oh yeah, forgot to mention that. when i did it my friend was living in my
old address so i just went and grabbed the letter
