alan wrench, clean microwave, tighten water faucet on osmosis system that is
loose, remove paint from side of upper cabinets next to sink, clean/drywall
repair and re-texture ceiling and paint white (make this professional),

paint pantry door trim white, re-secure existing base cabinet toe kick

1 qty smoke detector inside room above door on wall, 2nd Bathroom-Clean

install missing exhaust fan light cover, remove old toilet from home, 3rd
Bathroom (1/2 bath downstairs)-Clean sink/mirror/commode, Office Den (
downstairs)-Install 2 qty mini blinds in place of old broken ones, clean all
built in cabinets inside/outside.
Install new 3rd bedroom carpeting (front middle) with same color and like
