Sorry, it looks like the account number or the zip code you entered is
incorrect (you may need to enter 5 or 9 zip code numbers). Please try again.
”这不是笑话么，我可以肯定account numer和zip code都没有错，但account number
是以00开头，而zip code是以0开头的，难道bluebird就认不出来了？
打电话给客服，一个慵懒的黑女的声音，搞security question就浪费了不少时间，然
后东扯西拉的不着边际，说我的IE版本过高，11不行，得用8或9的，或是其他brower。
。。实际证明，这都是胡扯，用单位的IE8也有同样问题，google chrome也不行，我甚
至用sansung note II的手机也不行，简直快疯了。。。 |

发帖数: 1523 | 4 bluebird has the worst CS - in terms of knowledge - I ever encountered. The
other day I tried to get one check pre-authorized over the phone (b/c it is
over $2000, and for my mortgage as well). I had to repeat pretty much
everything more than 5 times. She still couldn't get it. After 20 or 30
minutes, I decided to ask her to cancel it - I also need to repeat it about
4 or 5 times. The funny thing is that the check was approved after an hour
or two. I couldn't never figure out what happened - she told me she will
cancel it. My only guess is her English is poor, and also very poorly
trained - doesn't know how to use the system.
But she did have good attitude - so did I. Also, she is located in
Philippine.

bluebird search出来的那个真是不靠铺。。。
