收据有些弄混了
整理了半天发过去
结果今天打电话说被decline
接电话的老印只会重复im sorry

另外灰草还可以设置zip，可以显示所有交易记录
白草被盗后，连钱去哪了都无法知道
灰草买了后屯在那里还比较放心，毕竟是16位数，还有个zip关联，
白草就10位数，被人家扫描到了，干净利落不留痕迹的就没了，而且美国警察根本不管 |

还有真的是他们操作的问题的话，他们可以把504.95refund给你，他们有tricks可以这
么搞
但是其实最方便的方法还是找到有权限的香草客服~~

dispute. If a credit card dispute happens, the store will
most likely lose the case,it will lose the total amount,
and it will have to pay the credit card investigation fee.

My case:
1.bought $200 gc on 3/3
2.went to store on 3/10 for the unactivated card
3.store investigated and told me they already sent money to gc company.
store can not refund me.
4.went to store on 4/3 again and store manager told me same thing.store can
not refund me.
5.called chase ink to dispute.
6.chase talked with me on phone for 10 mins. chase never asked me for
receipt and any other paper work. Chase said they would contact store and
gave them 24 hours to response. Chase said I should get chase refund in 24
hours.
7.after 24 hours, I got $206.95 in my account.

but I still think the store is not at fault here, so if possible, try to
have the issue resolved between you and the GC company
disputing credit card transaction should be the last resort, just my 2 cents
can

The store also call gc company many times. gc company told them same thing,
they didn't get money.
Store also called their corporate office. corp office had 7 different people
to look into this. They all said money already sent to gc company.
but GC company always said they didn't get money.
In this case, I pay to store for gc. store is at fault. They have to refund
me. but they can sue gc company later.

I bought a GC with Chase CC.
The store did not charge the activation fee which I was not aware of. Of
course the card could not be used.
I immediately called the store (only 30 minutes away), manager told me they
ran out of the GC, otherwise could reload to another card. Manager told me
there was nothing else he can do, I have to call GC company.
Called GC company several times, spent hours on the phone, faxed all receipt
and copy of card. Initially they told me that they would send a check to me.
However, when I called back to check the status, I was told they could not
process the case as card was not consistent with the receipt. I explained to
them that I did not know why it did not charge the activation fee but they
just said sorry.
I have talked with different rep and got a couple of case numbers, which was
the worst thing, as you guys know.
Finally, I had to give up and called chase. The rep asked me to send them
all copies and described the whole precess which needed to be written down
on a form.
One or two weeks later, I got refund.
But the whole precess was very frustrating. |

so you have all the receipts, you just can't find the matching receipt for
that particular problematic OneVanilla visa gift card that might not have
been activated properly?
the receipt only shows the last 4 digits of the bar code on the outside
packaging of the gift card, it never shows the number of the actual gift
card.
if this is the case, call InComm and ask for that number, so you can locate
the right receipt.
