cashiers are usually clueless and don't care. If all cashiers there are
well trained so not to accept VGC for loading money, then you have to change
a store. |

？看介绍，BB需要DD才可以在网络内ATM机取钱不要任何手续费，别的银行也是这样，
没见什么优势。这个BB又不像支付宝，有什么较高利息余额宝，BB把钱揽到他家，用户
有啥好处呢？当然如果walmart能用银联储蓄卡消费买卡（如果没有手续费的话）充BB
倒是一个从国内转钱的方法。 |
