3) Your credit score may get hurt due to the high credit card balance.
4) You have to pay attention on monthly payments of credit card. Otherwise
late fees will bite you.

bt check only up to 5k to checking,3%fee=150.
if 5k as a one-time principal payment, save about 3k interest 15 years later.
if do not care credit score hurt. if I have enough to pay off this 5k. if
careful about the 5k monthly payment. |
