Things to know when considering this card
Target prepaid Redcard can only be purchased in store. Cannot register onlin
e without temp prepaid Redcard.
Target prepaid Redcard temp cards CAN be purchased with CC. However cash rel
oads will NOT be allowed to load with CC. Debit card reloads are allowed.
Cannot have an existing BB or Serve account. If you have an existing BB or S
erve account, you will need to close that account before registering for the
permanent Target prepaid Redcard.
Target prepaid Redcard
Cash loading at Target: $2,500/day and $5,000/month
Online Debit Card Load * - $200/day and $1,000/month
Checking/Savings Account - $2,000/month
Checks - $2,000/day and $10,000/month
ATM Withdrawals - $750/day and $2,000/month
*For online debit load, only use of bank-issued cards is allowed. The use of
pre-paid debit cards (Netspend, Paypower, Univision, Paypal, etc.) and VGC/
MGC/AGCs is not allowed. Your account will be flagged upon first/second atte
mpt.
ATM Withdrawals:
$0 ATM usage at US Target stores* and over
43,000 US Allpoint network ATMs (ATM usage not available at any other ATMs)

used OneVanilla to load AMEX for Target card several times before, but
always chose credit as payment method, never tried to change it to debit.

我们这附近就一家walmart可以去，其他的店老黑都态度极差，机器都不能用，已经跑
