应该没问题。两个月前在homedepot买giftcard，刷了ink没过，小二拨了客服我才意识
到自己刷了ink。本来想跟客服说不麻烦了，我换卡结账的。结果客服死皮赖脸地不让
我换别的信用卡，说是欢迎我用他家的ink消费，完了还说以后在homedepot刷ink不会
再通不过了。

I have used Ink for more than 6 months, never had an issue.
I don't believe Ink can pay other CC bills. I haven't heard any card can.
