But, as a lot of people already know, buying google play credit does not
qualify for this offer.
I did an online chat with amex and got the credit back on two of my amex
cards. I just explained to them about this offer and also I went directly to
google play website to add credit cards and make the purchase. They made
exceptions for me because I am very polite:):):)

already got their credits. So they went ahead and gave me the credit. I
should see the credit within 2 to 3 days.

One for my account and the other for my ld's account. The first girl told me
that this purchase does not qualified for the credit, but she will make an
exception for me.
