lesson learnt:
never rent a car from enterprise.. my case is not an isolated case.. many
others had the similar experience with enterprise.
on safe side, use amex instead of visa when rent a car.. both could be
primary coverage.. but coverage by visa is more limited...

最近被enterprise 坑了 ，还车的时候愣说 车顶被冰雹砸了两个坑， 懒得和他们理论
（根本租车期间没有冰雹）， 准备让 visa 付了，visa 到底 cover 冰雹损吗？
网上查了。。 很多说不赔。。老余 的帖子也翻出来看了看

so you are right - Visa would not cover the damage caused by hail.

细，然后说后门有个微小的坑，不在阳光下看反光绝对看不出来，一口咬定是我造成的
。南加non airport location。虽然最后用蓝宝claim了修车钱，但是太花时间经历。
尽量避免enterprise吧。 |

周末还车就把车停过去，钥匙放key box里，也没人检查。。好像还没事后找过我。。
