customer service回复的email：
“As long as the account is closed within 180
days of the annual fee being billed it is eligible for an
annual fee refund.
Further, if you wish to close your account, please use any
of the following options:
-- Call us at the number below.
-- Send us an email using the Secure Message Center.
-- Send a letter
If your rewards program requires that you use your Chase
credit card to redeem rewards, you will need to redeem
those rewards prior to closing the account. Otherwise any
unredeemed rewards will be forfeited due to the closure of
your account.
To redeem rewards before your account is closed, please
contact Customer Service at the number below.
