How to Participate: PayPal will send out an email invitation to select
PayPal account holders to participate in the Offer. To participate in the
Offer, you must first register. To register, click on the link in the email
invitation or go to http://www.paypal.com/mysteryrewards, agree to these Terms and Conditions and complete and submit the Registration Form during the Offer Period. Once registered, you will be eligible to receive a reward when you do one of the following during the Offer Period:
(1) Spend a minimum of $150 USD or more during the month of August 2015
using your PayPal account anywhere in the U.S. that PayPal is accepted
online; or
(2) Hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth,
email address (associated with your PayPal account) and daytime telephone
number on a 3” X 5” card, and mail it, in an envelope with postage affixed
, to: PayPal Mystery Rewards Offer, P. O. Box 923, Plainview, NY 11803-0923.
Mail-in requests must be received by August 31, 2015 in order to be
eligible.
Limit one reward per person/PayPal account during the Offer Period.
Reward Description and Notification: Reward will be in the form of a balance
that is automatically applied to your next purchase using PayPal and will
be awarded no later than 9/9/15. It cannot be withdrawn from your PayPal
account like cash and it must be used within thirty (30) days after receipt
in your PayPal account or no later than October 7, 2015. Rewards of $10, $15
, $25 or $100 will be distributed randomly to Eligible Participants who
register and perform one of the following actions as stated above. Odds of
receiving the awards are as follows:
$10 award: 1 in 2.
$15 award: 1 in 34.
$25 award: 1 in 67.
$100 award: 1 in 200.
A reward notification email will be sent to the email address associated
with your PayPal account informing you that your reward has been applied to
your PayPal account. All rewards will be distributed no later than 9/9/15.
Excluded transactions from the Offer include but are not limited to the
following: gift certificate payments, purchases of gift cards, send money
transactions, and PayPal Extras MasterCard/eBay MasterCard payments not made
through your PayPal account. Offer valid in the continental U.S. and cannot
be transferred or combined with any other promotion code, coupon, Offer or
discount and may not be redeemed for cash. Reward cannot be withdrawn from

假设有200个人，100个拿10块，6个拿15，3个拿25,1个拿100，还剩90个人怎么办呢？

实现实名制
