WALMART买了500的WALMART VISA GIFT CARD,小二说不能冲，然后问经理，说不能冲。
然后去MONEY CENTER，可以划卡，小显示器通过，但是打出小白条，说CONTACT CARD
ISSUER，打电话给WALMART VISA GIFT CARD背面的客服，说卡没问题，可以用。
莫非是店里的政策变了？其他的VGC能冲SERVE吗？后悔买了WALMART VISA GIFT CARD。
上次碰到经理，说不行，不知道是不是经理改了店里的政策了。
