添加payee时就是搜索出来的target吗？

发帖数: 8496 | 2 if redbird, you don't need to bill pay it, by definition, you cannot
overdraft debit/bank check such as redbird.
If it's AFT or other target CREDIT cards (they are all red), just treat them
as any other credit cards -- pay the card issuing bank. |
