在既没receipt也没见balance增加, 请问要等多久才收到? |

Damn it... 2.5 hours handling time on the phone, plus 7 to 10 days, to get
the refund

the others. so everybody looks the same on name and goal. And I think the
website cached the user we first clicked, so the second time we clicked the
email it didn't ask us to select the user but went straight to the payment
page. We were under an impression that was me until after making the payment
, and oops...lol

confirmation number啊？
