来扯皮了快一个小时，但是最后我也没给。后来过几天我就把appointment取消了，想
说这个事就结束了，结果前几天看credit report被ADT查credit了，请问这种情况还能
把这个inquiry取消么？ |

我家上次约了来上门看看evaluation，要求给信用卡信息，不给不给预约。
结果到点没来，然后我们就取消了
然后，我靠，居然信用卡居然扣钱了。
而且是每个月扣的那种 |

"What if the creditor can't provide proof or just plain doesn't answer you?
"Generally, they have 30 days to respond under the Fair Credit Reporting Act

to the creditor requesting confirmation of the inquiry and they ignored you

The credit bureau is then required to follow up with the creditor. "If the
credit bureau doesn't get a response either, it has an obligation to remove
the disputed inquiry," says Bourne. Legally, the credit bureau must respond
to you within 30 days. Nevertheless, Bourne says, "Some credit bureaus don't
work fast when it comes to inquiries. They aren't a top priority, and they
are less apt to help you with an inquiry than with a disputed account or
