Or you were asking if accounts with same address can be merged?
Based on my understanding: if you have a specific award to redeem, it's
usually okay to pull all you guys points together if you phone them up; if
you just want to share points between accounts, $10 for non-elite/silver or
free for G/P, there is a 50k annual maximum however.
I doubt you are allowed to merge accounts without a specific award
