我的account也显示 i have one unused certificate.
But when I tried to book 北京万豪 7 nights, it always tells me the following:
1,000 points will be deducted from your Rewards account
89,000 additional points are needed prior to this stay
Rewards redemption: We'll attach your e-certificate(s)
No where to select attach the certificate???
还有万豪的都是只有two doubles or a king 的房间？
我们一共两个大人带一个６岁和４岁的小朋友住没问题吧？
gold status hopefully will get us an upgrade. But still I donot see any room
with capacity with 4, just weird.

在挺难：金卡太多了，其实白金都很多。
而且，升级也不多床啊。很多中国的酒店怕是根本就没有能住4人（4个大人）的房间。 |

since it shows I owe 90K points for 7 nights???
