Why is my account access limited?

This limitation cannot be appealed.
之前没有收到任何警告信, 就算是这次limitation也没有收到email. 平时每个月load
2-4次, 然后ebay上买卖东西, 平时买东西, withdraw, 转钱到其他账号都有,
withdraw的金额大概占50%的比例. 2/19这个触发原因是withdraw, 距离上次load钱进
来大概一个星期...
顺便问下,
1. 不能appeal那里面的钱是要等一段时间才能拿出来还是要联系paypal?
2. 前段时间卖东西还有些钱在paypal on hold, 是不是拿不了了?
3. 有些ebay gc绑定了paypal是不是以后也用不了了? | b*****e

2. No, you can not withdraw them now.
3. Not sure, but I think you can still use them, since eBay gift card now is
under your eBay account, not PayPal account any longer.

#2那些on hold的钱如果过了180天最终也能够提取对吧? 现在available的钱确定180天
能取, 就是这on hold的钱还没输入到available里面

这是说，load进来之后，需要在paypal户里多放一段时间才安全吗？

有问题吗?

发帖数: 2196 | 11 其实这个挺随机的, 以前就算是之前大家讨论关账号那段时间, 把钱load进去马上就取
了也居然没事. 后来收敛了一下, 放个几天十几天, 而且这次withdraw之后还有几百
balance在里面, 所以我觉得就只能看运气了, 刚好给audit到了...
