买的最好的那种model 就算修好了也闹心，打算退掉或者换一个brandnew的。
lowes 30day return policy 已经过了，所以不接受return。
当时用的amex hh surpass，已经dispute charge，但是发现有不少protection 可选
1. purchase protection $1000/item
2. 90day return protection $300/item
我已经file了1。请问2还需不需要file？ 或者两个都file？ file 了claim, dispute
是否需要取消？

damage, or loss。你哪点符合？
dispute就更没有道理了，return protection你肯定也不划算。最佳方案就是联系厂家

面了导致下面小的启动不了了。
新买的才2个月就出这种事情，闹心想退掉，现在商家退款期过了能否用return
protection？
