1）cash out 5 cash back card的正确姿势是去walmart买MO嘛
如果是那样，感觉和以前的MC/Visa promo没什么区别了。
2）还是说应该留着holiday shopping返5%，这卡我以前从没买过，5% back是消费之后
balance自动增加5%嘛。有没有用过的人来说说。

you can take a look at the 5% merchant list - most are restaurants
