BB 有一个专门的电话，要邮件箱，电话，姓名核实订单。

到investigative specialist回信说把我账户恢复正常。刚用原来的gc下了一单，又可
以用了。

发帖数: 3936 | 14 没有，只说经过调查以后reinstate the account，道歉都没有。
肯定是他们自己搞错了，bestbuy买来的卡怎么可能是黑卡。
这种gc还是很麻烦，如果我拿这张gc当礼物送人了，人家肯定不知道该怎么办，直接被
amazon黑掉100块。以后还是不买了，直接给红包最好。
