if buyer uses bank account or credit card, there will be interchange fee
charged by those providers, right? so if paypal doesn't get this fee back,
they will have a loss?

但是paypal在return的时候提供了服务，所以收钱也是可以的
而且摆明车马改了T&C,不容易给告到

费，转钱其实花销很少，这个FEE主要是用来防止FRAUD的，这个风险很大，PAYPAL投入
很多钱来防止FRAUD，但是一旦退款，这个风险就没有了。所以如果信用卡退费，
PAYPAL也应该退。 |
