tried to redeem MR points via Invest with Rewards. But the system does not
seem to recognize the card, and always says " please correct your
information and resubmit your request." After I tried a few times, and I was
"locked out of Invest with Rewards because of too many attempts". I called
or online chatted to get unlocked, and then tried again and got locked again
, and I called or online chat again. Every time, the service representative
said everything looks fine.

year on the physical card is different from that in their system. Cannot
believe this can indeed happen!
