买个E+，航班被取消了，退钱很正常
关键退了后 Amex不会reset credit meter 以后再买E+ 没有报销了
Suppose someone books a future flight and pre-books baggage fees or pet fees
, for $200, say in January. Airline Credit posts. Then in March, they spend
another $200 on fees. They don’t get any credit because it is already used
up. Then in May, they cancel that first flight and the fees get refunded. No
w the following February, AMEX decides to claw back the credit, reasoning th
at the underlying purchase was refunded.

credit, 真不是故意要退票的。
