further lowered the APR from 1.3% to 1.05%...
There are other banks (small/online) that offer slightly higher rates, but
the difference is very small... In such low-rate environment, it's hard to
find a competitive rate.
For opening account bonus, you can consider Wells Fargo: they now offer a $
400 checking bonus, with >$4000 direct deposit. It's better than any saving
account, I think.

买几个DOW指里面的股票，肯定划算，基本很稳
比如AMEX，他家刚拿下大陆清算资格，或者干脆买apple股票 |
