标 题: 老话题，被AA钓鱼了，损失惨重，可以去court告AA吗？

pandemic缺钱，看flea版有神医收AA里程，看看自己的账号还有一点积攒，就跟神医联
系，想卖了。
期间又自己在flea版上发了一个卖AA里程的帖子，骂得，不到两天就收到下面的电邮，
扣了我几乎所有的里程数。
然后又收到神医的召唤，说可以卖给他里程，要看我的AA账号截图（最后没给），还加
了我的微信。
咽不下这口气啊，都没卖，就发了一个帖子，根本就没卖，就把我攒了将近10年的里程
数给砍了。真应该考古，2015年也有人被AA钓鱼扣了很多里程。
AA太嚣张了，在没有确实买卖里程的情况下，任意扣除里程，给客户造成巨大损失，而
且还一再使用钓鱼手法，属于欺骗行为。在现在pandemic，AA面临巨额损失，这种把损
失平摊到消费者身上的做法非常让人不齿。请问板上有人去court告过AA吗？告的是主
要是钓鱼执法的欺骗本质，还有是在没有确凿交易记录的情况下任意扣除里程。
另外，AA里程如果可以如此轻易被废了，跟伪币一样，不值钱，建议大家没有必要处心
积虑积攒。
想听听大家关于这件事的意见，另外在flea板上收AA里程没几个，神医也很容易猜到是
谁。泥马，我都不知道，我现在写的这篇，会不会被AA，或者神医看到，直接把我的AA
账号给关了。如果真的关了账号，一定来冒个泡。。。

) for violating AAdvantage® program rules. Please understand that any
future violations of the AAdvantage® Program Conditions, without
exception, will force us to terminate your AAdvantage® account. This
action will cause any previously accumulated mileage and accrued benefits to
be forfeited, and you will be ineligible to participate in the AAdvantage&#
174; program in the future.

内的aa上班。楼主还不敢暴露这个卧底的id.因为被要挟关账户。
