情况是这样的，买房子的时候Landed这个公司可以作为一个lender提供150K的
downpayment，但是要分享一部分房子未来的涨价收益。我没听说过这么干的公司，不
知道是不是靠谱。他说 “Landed does not own the house. Landed is not on the
title. Landed is a lien on the home, second in place to the bank.”
请问这种情况有什么风险吗？比如过了几年公司倒闭了，这个会不会导致房子无法出售
