I thought the gravity manipulating Morse code sending could only happen at
certain space time node, such as behind the bookshelf.
Grown up Murphy took the watch with her when the minute finger was moving
backwards already. Do you mean they were trying to send the code all those
years since Cooper traveled back in time and started messing with gravity
when Murphy was young.
The movie did not mention the "ghost" was still there after the farther left
earth.
