1. create a "vcd" type cd in nero, add the ".dat" file from the VCD and burn
2. copy the .dat file from VCD to hard disk
2.1 burn it into a VCD using nero, as described in 1.
2.2 encode it into .avi or .rm, by virtualdub, or helix procedure plus.
this can save you lots of CDR.
3. using TMPGEN to extract the .dat file to .mpg file on harddisk, then you
can do the samething in 2.1 and 2.2
I don't think you will fail all of the above.
