if you were AD, whose resume you would love to receive and pick up.
let me give my list:
1) Chris Peterson, as much as I love JH, I think JH's offense is kinda not
going with the trend. CP has a well coached team and sound offense mind.
Their D is very good also. I enjoyed watching BSU play all the time.
2) JH, enough said, michigan man, successful at Stanford. Bo's apprentice.
after the "missing bowl era" it all looks like fan's wanna move BACK to the
old age, when michigan play defense. BTW, he knew how big10 works and he is
young.
3) Les Miles? bit older, love his defense(well again, with talent he has)
and his powerrush offense. Les Play spread offense 2, and tried dual QB
system. If he could establish some pipeline from south, then our recruit
will be good.Expensive if you want to get him(but he bring luck).
4) Gus Malzahn, sorry tiger fan but he will be perfect for fitting our
current offense players. Now all he need is a sound DC and good D. And he is
cheaper than buy out Les Miles or JH or CP.

找得，ｐｏｓｉｔｉｏｎ ｃｏａｃｈ是你的人。再怎么说也跑不了干系。
所以新教练来，可以和Ｒ２打一样的进攻，但是防守绝对不行。要一个会防守的教练。
