，迎接JH.
只是这1个多月时间，会影响recruiting。如果是年后，只有一个月的时间给新教练招

我们的AD从Bill Martin接手的是个烫手山芋啊。
希望他能够在这个关头作出正确的选择，否则做这个AD也不是好下场。
