ND? Are they going to be treated as the other little sisters?

because CCG is already off-season game
1-loss team can be consided if the loss comes from #1 or #2 team in regular
season due to division allignment
plus independent ND,TX(+_+),and Champ of BE+B12-leftovers,BSU if ranked high

for example this year the loser of Bama/LSU can't go to CCG but still
deserve a chance

I think as long as there is a way to the NCG, no matter how winding it is,
ND will remain IND...
But in this case, I am predicting ND joins Leftover Conference.
