员。谁知道，他们这几年已经oversign了30人以上了，虽然没有bama高。

Paterno did not witness any criminal act. He only heard about it from a
graduate assistant and he immediately reported to the school authorities.
Gary Schultz is the Penn State VP and he oversees the university's police
department.
He doesn't know whether the allegation told by the graduate assistant is
true or not. He only knows the school investigated and nothing came out of
it.

a retirement.
Then it happens again in 2000. And again in 2002, when they get unlucky
enough to have a grad assistant with a conscience walk in on him. So he goes
to Paterno and tells him Sandusky likes to **** around with young boys.
Paterno goes to Curley and they are shocked! SHOCKED!! to know Sandusky does
this.

的，并不是亲眼看见。
当然没去follow up这点确实会被抓把柄。
