有多严重，那样就不可能被charge伪证和cover-up。这从另一个角度证明JP绝对知道发
生了什么，只是因为他报告了主管部门，所以legally暂时没有麻烦，但是主管部门因
为没有完成职责就fail了。

this was exactly what Paterno himself turned around and informed the AD with.
