still manage 5, 6 wins a year.
Money is (always) the easy part, so are the past wins. PSU did win those
games fairly on the field with fully eligible players.

y didn't win those games? vacated wins mean the least IMHO. although to joe
pa (and bobby bowden) this means a lot
