发帖数: 440 | 4 我觉得这是个姿态。要是最高法说违宪，那就真坚持不住了，所有的非AA州估计都得被
翻过来。现在加州应该能喘口气了。我密也可以继续多招亚裔了。

现在几个AA案子判的都比较具体，所以别州的不能直接引用。
密州肯定要服从，别的可以不一样。不过总体上AA在联邦层面
上是不行了。

in this abomination, Grutter, was brought to the courts by a student suing
UM law school, where the supreme court notoriously sided with the defendant
Bollinger, i.e. UM, to uphold the school's decision of using race as a
predominant factor in giving out admissions.

发帖数: 148 | 7 Yes. But not exactly. States can always roll out legislative agenda to tilt
the AA balance. The difference is that now it comes with the US supreme
court seal.

的case不是之前（2006年）的Ruling么？这个是关于Proposal 2（反AA）的。
