翻过来。现在加州应该能喘口气了。我密也可以继续多招亚裔了。

现在几个AA案子判的都比较具体,所以别州的不能直接引用。
密州肯定要服从,别的可以不一样。不过总体上AA在联邦层面
上是不行了。

the AA balance. The difference is that now it comes with the US supreme
court seal.

的case不是之前(2006年)的Ruling么?这个是关于Proposal 2(反AA)的。
