读了一下委员会的protocol，有这么两点:
Strength of schedule, head-to-head competition and championships won
must be specifically
applied as tie-breakers between teams that look similar;
Committee members associated with any team under consideration during
the selection process
will be required to recuse themselves from any deliberations associated with
that team;
如果委员会认为两个team不similar，冠军，头碰头，强度都起不到作用。
这么想的话，如果uw输了，its a toss up between big10 champ and Michigan.
