From Sugar to Silicon

A year after one of the most unmemorable bowl seasons in history, this
season's postseason lineup -- at least on paper -- has the potential for quite
a few intriguing matchups.
Then again, there are also some real stinkers.
Instead of ranking teams this week (let's face it -- it's been done), here now
are my rankings of the 28 upcoming bowl games:
