Superior Court Rules in BC's Favor in Exit Motion
Says Eagles may leave Big East next July for $1 million exit fee

The Massachusetts Superior Court ruled in Boston College's favor Wednesday in
its motion for summary judgment involving its exit from the Big East
Conference.
The court ruled that the October 6, 2003 amendment to the Big East
Constitution was not adopted in accordance with the Constitution and is
therefore invalid, and Boston College is entitled to withdr |
