bowls can also host early-rounds if they're chosen by both teams for
revenue purposes(see below);
-11 conference champions get automatic bid IF they're ranked in top 30
of a BCS-like ranking which will NOT be released until the last week;
-5 at-large bids are selected. If a conference champion doesn't rank in
top 30, then the highest ranked team from that conference is selected.
