department's most valuable asset -- YOU.
The content of this email is probably old news to PhD students who
have been around for a few years, however, some of you might
appreciate a few clarifications.
ICS PhD students are supported (and admitted) in several ways:
1) Departmental fellowships
2) GAANN and other non-dept fellowships (e.g., diversity or MICRO)
