number of particles to be ~130 nm. Any suggestion to exclude them while
keeping smaller proteins? I tried with filtration 0.22 um from Millipore but
they are still there.

play with the speed. It will definitely work, but sure is more troublesome
than the 0.02um filter weaseljing suggested.
