oxygen? I noticed that people pass inert gases through the reactor after the
test as the cooling gas in many research. My concern are:
1. I am not clear about the chemical properties of carbon nanotubes, and
neither can I find the related literature.
2. Assuming that it can be oxidized or even burned under the after-tests'
environment with the oxygen, how can it survive during the test where the

What I doubt is whether CNT is active with oxygen or not.
Another point : is there any test to verify its phenomena? Do you have such
experience?
And how about my second question? |

showed this detail. Maybe they think it is only a small piece of cake, but
not for me?
And, could you please tell how to explain my second question?

用载气当然可以抑制氧化反应
反应也要考虑动力学啊,光考虑热力学是不是可行是不够的

I just hate making this kind of swift for different gases during the test.
Base on my equipment it will be a nightmare for me, though I have to do.
I will keep on learning, and maybe a chemist some day.^_^

if so, do an TGA in pure oxygen, then in air, and then in any oxygen
concentration you want. compare the results

some evident experiments done.
Anyway, I can try with that treatment after tests.
