Now we get replies from brewer science (Cee 100 or Cee 200) and Laurell
Technologies, but have little idea about how to choose them. What parameters
should we pay attention to? Which brand is better?

For school or for industry? What kind of application?
For my limited experience, spin coaters are solidly build. I coated silane
and carbohydrates with a old model before on Si and silica surfaces, it
works by applying both spinning and vaccum.
Cheaper way is to find sth spinning and attach sample on it.
Expensive way is to buy one that can control speed, vaccum, temperature
precisely. And the size of the sample might be a factor of which model to
buy as well....
